Returns Policy
Subject to the Buyers right to return Goods pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Heart Of Joy Designs recognises that there may be occasions when a customer will wish to return their purchased goods for a number of reasons. Heart Of Joy Designs aim for 100% satisfaction and always hope that our customers are 100% satisfied.
Heart Of Joy Designs will, in any circumstances, only accept returns if the following conditions are met:
(a)The Buyer has given notice of the intention to return goods within 14 days of their receipt of them and the goods have been returned within 14 days thereafter. (28 days total).
(b) The Returned Goods must not have been worn (including tried on) and must be returned in their original unopened packaging.
(c) The Returned Goods must be returned with all original documentation that shows the returned goods were purchased from Heart Of Joy Designs.
(d) Heart Of Joy Designs retain the right to refuse Returned Goods should Heart Of Joy Designs deem them to be unsuitable for resale.
(e) The Buyer will either:
(f) pay for and arrange the return of the Returned Goods.
The following Goods will not be eligible to be returned pursuant to the aforementioned legislation:
(a) Underwear/Swimwear
(b) Consumables/Perishables (as defined from time to time by Heart Of Joy Designs).
(c) Christmas & Seasonal Product e.g. The Christmas Shop.
(d) Any Goods which have been ordered as bespoke Goods by the Buyer (for example, personalised Goods).
(e) Any Goods which have been in the possession of the Buyer for more than 28 days after delivery.
(f) Any Goods which have, as their function, the protection of health and safety and/or the hygiene of the wearer. By way of (non-exhaustive) examples, high visibility garments, earplugs, face masks and goggles.
Our designs go into production within just 2 hours of being ordered so we are only able to accept returns if, in the unlikely situation, the item contains defects (e.g. because of a printing error) or, the garment is faulty then we will obviously accept return of the product and reimburse your money or send an error-free item. We strive for absolute quality in our design prints and feel confident that you will not be disappointed.All our designs go into production within 2 hours of an order being placed and therefore we incur costs if a cancellation is requested after design production begins. We are therefore reluctant to accept a cancellation of an order after production commences. If we have to accept a cancellation then Heart Of Joy Designs reserves the right to charge for artwork fees and material fees.
We aim to ship within 2-3 working days of an order being placed and payment received, due to Covid 19. Once the item has been passed to our couriers, we are in their hands as to how soon they will be able to deliver. We always strive to ensure the couriers are as expeditious as possible under the current Covid 19 situation.
